​What made us review healthy diets?

At Healthy Food Reviews, we were having a discussion one day during the lockdown and, suddenly, we realised that although we had been eating more healthily recently, it may not last. Once we lose the time we have on our hands, we’ll probably go back to processed meals and quick fixes.
